In 2003 we closed just under $5.5 million in sales.  In about half of those transactions we were working on the buyer's behalf.  That's not bad, but we want to grow our business another 50% this year.  

We really can't do many more transactions than we did last year.  There just aren't enough hours in the day.  We came up with a 3 part plan for increasing sales.

1- List more properties (we successfully sold about 95% of the homes we listed last year).  

2- Sell more expensive properties, for a higher average commission.

3- Sell more property within 15 miles of our home or office in Melbourne Beach.  We spent too much time traveling last year.

 

We decided that the best, most economical way to increase our visibility, our name recognition and our sales was by offering aggressively low commission rates to homeselling clients.
