PRINT ADVERTISING

We find that print advertising
is a lot less effective than it has been in the past, but we try to
maintain a quality print presence to make sure that your property gets
exposure to two main groups of buyers that DO NOT typically have
internet access, folks visiting here and older folks without computers.
We currently run at least a full TWO pages in Homes and Land magazine.
We have a Premium Position, on the inside of the back cover, very nice
exposure for your home!!! |

Point of Sale advertising
| The simplest and oldest type of real estate
marketing is still one of the most effective. the good old FOR
SALE sign. Of course we try to "kick it up a notch" by using
oversized, reflective signs. These signs are really clean looking
and eye-catching, they also reflect car headlights, so they are very
noticeable at night! |

| We try to always capitalize on every
marketing opportunity... so our listings always get full-color, glossy
flyers in a waterproof flyer box attached to the signpost. Click

| We have another type of point-of-sale print
tool that we can do. We call these home books, they are a bound
booklet with lots of photos and additional information like schools and
demographics. We do these on request. Ask about this if you
