We believe in the power of the internet, we get thousands of visitors to our web sites every month. We really lead the way when it comes to marketing properties on the internet. Here is an example- this a nice website we created for an exclusive oceanfront home that is being built in Melbourne Beach... www.wavecrest.info These websites do a great job of directing iinterested people from magazine ads or flyers to an easily accessible source of additional information. With up to 20 pictures, aerial views, maps, driving directions and virtual tours, our listings get great exposure form these sites!

Because we believe so strongly that the Internet is the best place to market homes in today's market, we currently have well over 30 websites, and we own more than 120 other domain names for future use. We run some of Brevard's most popular real estate websites. Our three most popular websites www.beachtowne.com and www.brevardnls.com and www.brevardmls.info attract over 6000 users per month in total.

We find that print advertising is a lot less effective than it has been in the past, but we try to maintain a quality print presence to make sure that your property gets exposure to two main groups of buyers that DO NOT typically have internet access, folks visiting here and older folks without computers. We currently run THREE FULL pages in every issue of Homes and Land magazine. We have a Premium Position, the last 3 pages of the book, on the inside of the back cover, very nice exposure for your home!!!

The simplest and oldest type of real estate marketing is still one of the most effective. The good old FOR SALE sign. Of course we try to "kick it up a notch" by using oversized, reflective signs. These signs are really clean looking and eye-catching, they also reflect car headlights, so they are very noticeable at night! |

We have another type of point-of-sale print tool that we can do. We call these home books, they are a bound booklet with lots of photos and additional information like schools and demographics.
