It's more fun on a winning team

There are two things that Americans love almost universally. We love a winner, and ironically we all love an underdog too. We go positively insane when an underdog becomes a winner. Ever heard of the Amazing Mets of 1968? How about the Miracle on Ice, when the American hockey team won the gold at the 1980 Olympics?
It is fun to root for an underdog and watch them scratch and claw their way to the top. It warms your heart and gives you an urge to go out and do great things yourself. That is part of the reason that working as part of our team is so much fun. Since opening our doors as RE/MAX Beach Towne in October, 2005 we have increased our sales by 150%, and passed two of the toughest competitors in Brevard County in sales volume and number of transactions.
Our team has succeeded beyond our expectations in a falling market! We are very proud of these accomplishments, and invite you to come and visit us soon if you want to contribute.  You deserve to make more money AND have more fun, as part of a winning team.
We can't wait until the market comes back to normal, because we are really going to kick it up a notch.
Here's a simple graph showing our sales growth since 2005 against our two top rivals.  The figure for 2008 is a projection based on sales volume as of 4/24/2008.

RE/MAX dominates in Brevard

Another huge benefit of coming to RE/MAX Beach towne is the boost that RE/MAx affiliation gives you. RE/MAX signs are everywhere, and locals know that RE/MAX gets results. We have found that prospective clients see all RE/MAX signs as being the same. So when they are thinking of listing with you, they will be swayed by the huge number of red/white/blue signs they see around town.

RE/MAX is very, very strong in this county. In fact we sold JUST under $500 million worth of residential real estate in Brevard last year. ERA was next with about $300 million. In fact, we had more sales than Coldwell Banker, Exit, Keller Williams, National, Sotheby's, GMAC and Paradise Properties combined. Now, what Team do you want to play for?
